# Byreal Predict

Byreal Predict is a prediction market where you trade on the outcomes of real-world events. Buy a position on what you think will happen, and if you are right, your shares pay out at full value. If you are wrong, your position expires at zero.

Byreal Predict is built on [Polymarket](https://polymarket.com/), the world's largest prediction market, giving you access to deep liquidity without leaving Byreal.

## How It Works

Every market has two sides: **Yes** and **No**.

Each share is priced between $0.01 and $0.99, and that price reflects the market's current estimate of the probability. A "Yes" share priced at $0.65 means the market believes there is roughly a 65% chance the outcome happens.

If the outcome is correct, every Yes share pays out **$1.00**. If the outcome is incorrect, every Yes share pays out **$0.00**.

You can buy or sell shares at any time before the market closes. You do not have to hold until resolution.
