# Managing Positions

Your open positions are tracked in the **Portfolio** tab. This page shows everything you currently hold, your unrealized PnL, and any active TP/SL settings.

## Portfolio Overview

| Column             | What It Shows                                              |
| ------------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Market**         | The event and outcome (e.g. "Brazil to win Group H — Yes") |
| **Shares**         | Number of shares held                                      |
| **Avg Price**      | Your average cost per share                                |
| **Current Price**  | Live market price                                          |
| **Unrealized PnL** | Estimated gain or loss if you sold now at current price    |
| **TP / SL**        | Your active take profit and stop loss targets, if set      |

## Setting Take Profit and Stop Loss

You can set TP/SL when placing an order, or add it to an existing position from your Portfolio.

**To add TP/SL to an existing position:**

1. Go to **Portfolio**
2. Find the position and click **Set TP/SL**
3. Enter your Take Profit price, Stop Loss price, or both
4. Confirm

Once set, Byreal monitors the market price every few seconds. When the price crosses your trigger:

* A market sell order is submitted automatically
* You receive a notification of the fill
* The position is removed from your Portfolio

You can update or cancel TP/SL at any time. Go to Portfolio, select the position, and edit or remove the targets.

## Closing a Position Manually

To sell any part of your position at any time:

1. Go to **Portfolio**
2. Select the position
3. Click **Sell**
4. Enter the number of shares to sell
5. Choose Market or Limit order
6. Confirm

## Market Resolution

When a match ends, the market resolves automatically. Winning shares pay out $1.00 each. Losing shares expire at $0.00.

Payouts settle to your predict wallet balance within a few hours of resolution. You do not need to take any action to receive your winnings.

## Withdrawing Funds

To move funds back to Solana:

1. Click **Withdraw** in the top navigation
2. Enter the amount of pUSD to withdraw
3. Confirm

Funds arrive in your Solana wallet as USDC within approximately 30 seconds. A withdrawal fee applies.

Close all positions before withdrawing. Open positions cannot be withdrawn directly. Sell your shares first, then withdraw the settled balance.
